NBC is a non-profit holistic educational, social and community building club which seeks to eliminate intergenerational poverty and inequality in our community.

PROGRAMS
NBC provides free support in the form of After school club, Home work support, Parenting workshop, extracurricular activities and Holiday Club aimed at breaking intergenerational poverty and inequality in our community.
Programs Include:
-After school programs equipped with academic resource and extracurricular activities.
-After School, weekly Music and Summer Holiday Clubs
-Sports Ally: Sports and fun games promoting physical and mental health of children and youth in the community.
-Health and Wellbeing Programmes
-Case management program for children and youth Emotional and mental health.
-Provides safe community for people/families to connect with others to reduce loneliness and isolation.
Since 2015, Newcastle Booster Club (NBC), has been helping the community by providing free 1-2-1 after school tuition to help boost children and young people's learning.
Other engaging and fun activities are provided alongside the tuition.
Our aim here is to reduce school dropouts, increase emotional and mental health, provide hope to children and young people in the community whiles preventing youth violence and increase their life chances
HOLIDAY CLUB
NBC Holiday Club (a free holiday club) which has been running since 2015 supports community children from age 5-18 by providing different holiday activities (sports, play
and music)
and trips outside of Newcastle during school holidays. The Holiday Club activities support the mental health of our youth and children in the community. The Holiday Club is synonymous with Fun and Fitness activities. Providing hot nutritious meals, games, sports, arts and crafts; music, dance and movement, trips to parks and gardens.
A visit to the SILL: National Landscape Discovery Centre in Northumberland, was a boost to the emotional and mental health of the children and the youth in the community for those who couldn’t have been able to get away during summer holidays without the Holiday Club.
